| Shipping Policy
1.Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
2.Truck freight transportation may be required for orders including tires,certain suspension lifts or overweight items like winches.
3.In this case the transportation company will contact you by phone to schedule delivery.
Delivery Time:
1.Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days from date of placement.
2.Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to avoid possible delivery delays.
3.If your shipment is scheduled to arrive truck freight (Example: Old Dominion Freight Lines) we will not ship your order with out having a day time phone number to give the freight company. In most cases the freight companies will attempt to contact you BEFORE they deliver your shipment. If they can not reach you within one weeks time your shipment will be sent back to the warehouse of origin. At that point additional shipping charges will be assessed and will be the customers responsibility. JBCC-OFFROAD takes no responsibility for abandoned merchandise.
Warranty Policy
1.JBCC-OFFROAD guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt.
2.Should you have a product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will help you in submit claim with the manufacturer.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns.
1.You must have a R.G.A number (Return Goods Authorization) number for your return.
2.Products refused at shipment will not be refuned.
3.You need to contact us with a R.G.A. request
4.write your R.G.A. # on the outside of the returned package of the original invoice number.
5.JBCC-OFFROAD makes every effort to ensure our customers receive the correct applications. We are not responsible for misquoted vehicle information. If you receive the wrong application and it is our error we will make every effort to get you the correct one. If you receive the wrong application due to us not receiving the correct information (IE: Telling us you have a 2004 when you actually have a 2002)we will help you get the correct application but shipping charges will be your responsibility & you will be charged a 12% restocking fee.

Note:Returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee & the original cost of shipping.Only parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Cancelled and Refused Orders
Order Cancellations:
1.Cancelled orders are subject to an 12% order cancellation fee.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
1.Tracking numbers are available in most cases.
2.We will do our best to find tracking numbers for our customers but will NOT automatically email or call you with it.
3.Feel free to contact us @ 817-913-3242 for a tracking number. When your item has shipped we will do our best to get you one.
